The Fluker Lab team is based at Arkansas State University. We integrate phylogenetics, phylogeography, population genetics, and ecology to better understand species distributions, diversification, and conservation needs of aquatic organisms. Our research deals primarily with freshwater fishes and mussels in habitats ranging from tiny groundwater seeps to large rivers.
